CNS straps deception!!!!

I recently bought two straps for my latest addition to the collection, the Invicta Pro Diver.

The first one is a single pass James Bond NATO, whereas the second, is a Marine National in beige.

The James Bond NATO has a bigger width than the announced. It should be 20mm but it is not accurate at all, sizing a little bit bigger. This makes it uncomfortable as it generates a gap between the strap and the wrist. Not the best adjustment nor the best look.

On the other hand, the Marine Nationale is quite uncomfortable to wear. The way it attaches is weird and not the same as other Marine Nationale that I saw on YT.

Im open to suggestions on what to do with the Marine Nationale. Maybe is me that doesn’t know how to put it properly.

I don’t understand. Is it that you don’t know how to attach the watch?

I think so, the Marine Nationale from CNS follows a diferent attachment system than others I’ve seen on YT

Hope this helps

Do you attach the hook to the small ring, right?

Here is the preferred way to wear this strap. Caseback against your wrist reduces thickness!

Honestly being off by .1mm isn't bad for a strap that costs $5.

Straps that literally cost 30x more could be off by that much.

Gapping off the wrist is mainly cuz it's still minty fresh and stiff. Put it in a sock, put the stock in your pants pocket, and wash it. Let it air dry, or better yet put it on when a lil damp, that'll help.

It looks cheap indeed.

Correct, the CNS marine does attach differently.... Took me awhile and some research to find a suitable setup.... Keep the buckle above the 12 and a very short tail below. The six seems to be the best fit. Single pass
