New Farer Bracelet

For people who have a Farer Cushion Case Manual watch (like the Stanhope II), the brand now makes a fitted bracelet to accompany the models. IMO the Stanhope II still looks best on a strap but the bracelet is a nice option. It’s a 3-link design (polished outer, brushed inner) with a butterfly deployant clasp (two button release). The links are held in with screws. There are quick release springbars on the endlinks which makes bracelet install/removal very easy.

The polished outer links compliments the high polish of the case nicely imo. And the etched “A” logo is a nice touch. The fit and finish is very well done.

Price is £135

Got mine already, not that easy to fit but not the worst

Looks good on the Moonphase!

What did you struggle with the fit - the quick release?

Yeh, the end link it tight and turns a bit so it’s a fiddle to seat, took about 5 mins, not like a strap, I whip them off and on and change my straps daily, I wouldn’t do that with the bracelet, need to be in the mood as rushing might scratch the case. I’m very happy with it though. I think I need to add a link back it though as I don’t have the Goldilocks fit yet.

Ah ok. It may be that you just have to get used to doing it?

Re: links - that’s probably my only criticism - no half (or smaller) links with the non adjustable deployant.

It’s not the end of the world when a watch doesn’t have a fitted bracelet but it’s definitely a nice option

Nice one! Does it taper at clasp? If yes, i am getting one

Very slightly. 20-18 but tbh, I don’t really notice it!

A half link would be great but it’s not a deal breaker for me tbh. I resisted getting the metal bracelet when I bought it as I don’t like the space at the case but this I like a lot.

Yeah, for me personally, the size/case shape means the watch is well balanced even if the bracelet/strap is slightly loose

That really changes the look of the Stanhope II. I quite like it

Quick question: I’m looking into this one but in your photographs it seems to have a polished surface thru out - is this the case or is that just the lighting? I like the watch but would not want it to be too shiny …

They’re polished outer links and brushed centre links. Imo the polished links echo the high polish of the case. You are right - it does make the end result a lot ‘shinier’

Thanks for your answer. AWSOME collection btw!
