Awesome! A major part of my collection is Festina. I love Festina for some unknown reason. I don't have any vintage ones. I have never seen a vintage one until now. I love it!

So cool! I wish I could see your watch boxes! Like a modern day “7 Wonders of the World”. 😂 🍻

·

1969 … Such a cool point in time where designers created really bold and cool watches!

Nice one Mel! 👌

Thanks Shane! I will have to post some more vintage Festina in WRUW.

Here is a brief history of the brand I posted some time ago that you might find of interest:

The only modern Festina I have in the collection is this solar powered model...

I really like this guy Mel. The brushed case, boxed crystal looks amazing and lastly the logo to the left of Festina but off center. Very cool

I have a festina in my "needs work" pile. They're beautiful pieces. I'm hoping that I can get it running soon and move it into my collection. Hopefully you'll see it in a WRUW post soon!

I forgot about this article. I remember reading it now. It's an excellent article. I came acrossed this also when I was looking up the 2 Lotus watches that I have. They are owned by Festina. All of the Festina watches that I have are all quartz. The only somewhat mechanical is my Mecaquartz

One day I will get a mechanical one. Thanks for the read and showing your awesome watches.

Thanks Rich - mine came from a dealer in Romania.

My suggestion is to do what I have done and use the "saved search" feature in Chrono24.com.

Everytime there is a new listing with the word "Caribbean" in it, I receive an email from Chrono24 with images of the watches that have just been listed.

I have picked up several interesting "Caribbean" watches via this method including...

Excellent - GUB made some fine watches.

Julian Kampmann over at Poljot24 is great for sourcing those difficult to find but quality Eastern European watches.

Thanks. I was poking around the site. Just need Tom to deliver in the Lebois before I turn back to vintage. He’s been quiet after sending an email about switching the strap. Might have to call.

Julian has both vintage and modern.

I have picked up some Alexander Shorokhoff watches from him together with some nice Strelas and modern Poljots.

He always includes a nice tasty package of German cookies with the order. A little nice touch.

Here are a few I've picked up from Julian...
