Today it's the Breitling Super Chronomat B01 44 manufacture chronograph COSC with additional UTC on the Bullet bracelet...love this retro reissue...

Really quite good...very clean dial.

I have a 7.5 inch wrist and it fits perfect for my wrist.
I think it will be slightly too large for a 7 inch wrist, but always worth going into Breitling to try it on...the UTC might push it over the edge for your wrist size.
They also make these without the UTC and that could possibly work.

For sure would get one without the UTC module.
