I literally just sent my calibre 16 Carrera in to Tag yesterday for the complete maintenance via an extremely reputable jeweler. It's going to be $550. If you know it's broken the $750 is probably legitimately what it will cost.
Just my most recent on my phone. As others have said, you really shouldn't be able to see your watch if you have proper gear. You can see the cuff of my riding jacket rolled back here. That said, it's just nerdy fun to think about pairing a watch with an activity like biking. I enjoy it.
Nice work. I'm close to picking up a 40mm bronze type A but I can't find a picture of their exhibition case back anywhere at all. Id like to see that first....the rest as you say is great!
Was there Friday as well. I was looking forward to that show so much, but to be honest, it felt a little flat. Completely agree that Monta along with two or three others stood out, and much of the rest was 'Meh'.
Itay Noy was hands down the most interesting and perhaps 'special' watchmaker there in my most humble opinion. His watches are flat out special.
A few of the current darlings of the industry were underwhelming in the metal.
