Are you a fan of reverso watches?

I go back and forth on it (heh heh heh...)

There are other brands?!?! 🤯

Definitely a fan in that I admire them but not a buyer as I would rarely (likely never) wear one. I already have other watches that fill the “dress” watch function.

If I was starting with a blank slate I would certainly have them in the mix if I was looking for a dress watch.

There's only one brand of Reverso. I'd be shocked if it's not trademarked. Reverso is the brand, made by JLC.

·

I put yes, but that only applies to JLC made watches.

·

Cartier made one as well if not mistaken

It’s cool enough, the watches look good, I just don’t see a situation where I’d buy one over another watch. They’re nice just far from my tastes.

·

Yes! The Reverso is a rock star star watch that does not only dressy occasions, but casual as well!

·

I'd love any watch with a transformation gimmick ~

I wasn’t. Never understood the hype around a polo watch. 🙂 then saw a post here on the new reverso chronograph and got smitten. Went to the store to check it out in person and walked out with the most expensive unplanned thing I’ve ever bought.

Since then I’m smitten. Just love it.

I love rectangle dress watches and I know the Reverso is legendary in the community. But I feel the flipping bit is too gimmicky. Since you asked….

Can’t say that I have an opinion yet, I’ve never seen one in person. I’ll reserve my official judgement until then, but from what see in pictures I’m not sure they’d be for me. 🤷🏻‍♂️
