Caller with a external adjustable 24 hour bezel is pretty much functionally equivalent to a traveller, and is much easier to use as a solar compass as well. A traveller gmt would be cool to own though.
People get too caught up in brand stories and need to embrace the simple hedonism of the watch itself.
The newer ones have hacking. the 8000's movement got an upgrade midway through production of this watch. I ordered a new one and it was hacking.
