It is a fine line between restored and redialed. Restoring pottery and paintings is a good thing when well done. They look good. I suspect work has been done.
Seems like a great restoration / polishing job. At least for the Omegas I own, everything looks correct except the dials - clearly not original, but the description states that the dials are not. They’re rather expensive, though.
