This is the watch that started my watch collecting. My wife purchased this for me little or four years ago. Ever since then my taste has changed. This one will never leave my collection. What was the watch that got you started into collecting?

Still new to watch collecting. I like unique pieces and pieces with history or a story behind them. Would like to restore a watch or repair or build a custom one of these days.

I answer this question a couple times a month, and I can’t decide whether it was the one watch I had and the only watch I had and wore for a couple years straight:
before getting a second “dress-ish” watch:
Complete with wooden bracelet and all…bless my uninitiated soul.
Then I actually researched a little about watches and got this guy:
So I don’t know who’s responsible at this point.
It only take one watch. The only good thing I have to say about fashion watch they do attract attention.
