Customer service experience, good or bad?
I just tried Tissot customer service and it's nothing short of amazing.
As some of you know from a previous post, I purchased this Tissot from amazon for a significant discount. When it arrived, both the warranty card and the COSC cards were blank!
I knew this might happen as the watch was bought from third party seller, Amazon, at a discount. Nevertheless, I contacted Tissot US customer service and I explained the situation. They asked for a copy of my purchase receipt and the serial number. Two weeks later I received an Express UPS package with a filled out COSC certification.
They did not have to do that, but they did. And that's what I call great customer service.

I would agree. Tissot have been very good for servicing and their efficiency is nothing short of German (high praise indeed)!
Recently, I got in touch with Timex (Philippines) asking about a strap replacement for a digital watch. Through FB messenger, they were very responsive and informative. When I got to one of the stores they told me to check out, the staff there were the total opposite. They essentially just said, "sorry, no stocks" and didn't bother to offer alternative solutions. Even when I started looking and asking about other models in the store, they chose to pay attention to their own cellphones. Disappointing.
