Time to mod the Grand Diver
Well whilst messaging @casiodean about Invicta’s earlier today I said that I might mod my Grand Diver. As you can see it’s nice and big and boy it takes a beating as I wear it for any activity, but at its heart we have the veritable NH35A which just doesn’t miss a beat even after all that misuse!
I know the Invicta brand is much vilified by certain members of watch "sites" inc watchcrunch but I have always liked their pro/grand diver and 1953 range.
So I’d got a yellow seconds hand and I fancied removing the date magnifier also to lighten the load I wanted to get it off the Invicta bracelet to make the watch more wearable as I really like it!
So here’s the result, all done
Yellow second hand fitted
Date magnifier removed
Bracelet removed and black nato fitted.

I think you'll regret the nato. It'll be too top heavy. I tried that too and found that it's better on the original bracelet (which is outstanding quality especially for Invicta).
You’re right of course, the exhibition window on the rear makes the watch balance on a small area which causes wobble with the nato strap. I’ll wear it for now but probably buy a nice rubber strap for it!

Amazing job Andy. You know me. I’m strongly in support of modding. I was sporting my Pagani Design homage which is also a nh35 so there is plenty of mod parts ready to go for that movemt.
