You can't. The government owns your organs until you are discharged lol jk.
1 kidney, most of your liver, your spleen, a few thyroid and parathyroid glands (you have 4 of each). In theory a couple of limbs as well. You could also sell your urine, sperm, maybe blood (24 hours to renew RBCs, a bit longer for plasma). I think you are good to go!
