This seems to be too austere even for a basic Patek. However a friend once texted an image of a Calatrava that I was 100% convinced to be a good fake, turned out to be a genuine watch from the 1980s when everything looked fake.
It is so tough to tell with a single photo, but it looks like a real AliExpress version. Pop the case back and look at the movement, that should be the sure sign.
