So I have been obsessed with bronze watches for a while now. Are there any affordable recommendations out there? Price range is under a 1000$usd and i am a sucker for value for money so micro brands are definitely not off the table. Would love to see what comes out of this because I see watches daily I didn't even know existed. Thanks for taking time to read this and even more if you took time to post. Have a good day!

It’s more than you stated but it’s worth saving for and for $1500 it jade great value. Look at the Christopher Ward Aquitaine COSC bronze case with blue dial. Sapphire crystal bezel gives the watch a great look.
I love bronze. I have owned this Tandorio for years and it has been super reliable, but I have always wanted a Khaki Field in bronze 👍

I owned a CW C60 Trident Bronze for a while and it's a very nice watch. After a time, I became disenamoured of it and sold it but it had nothing to do with the quality, just my taste.
Since then, I've been looking for replacement, hopefully one I won't tire of. I think I found it recently. It's a Halios Seaforth Bronze and comes in either a blue or green dial. They aren't making them anymore so I'll have to buy it used. I don't know if that would interest you.
There are lots of them out there and I'm sure you'll get some good suggestions here.

Like both of those haha this might be harder than I thought to narrow down
That Halios is nice indeed. The Aquitaine has the classic look that I like. You are off to a good start... :-)
All under 1,000
Like all those but that zoretto Def caught my eye at first glance. Going to look into that one! Thank you
There’s a few variations of the seagull chrono in bronze for around $200 or so.

Man I have almost pulled the trigger one of those more than once but hesitant because I heard they are almost impossible to get serviced. That's literally the only thing holding me back but they are very cool watches.

And while that’s a valid reason I wouldn’t let that deter you. How often would you realistically need to get it serviced? Worst case scenario you have to get a new movement. And in a $200 watch I bet the movement itself is probably well under $100. Just something to think about.

All very true that's why I have am still on the edge of pulling the trigger. I figured hell for 200 I will just get another watch. I am sure it will find its way into my collection soon. Great suggestion
All under 1,000
Bravo!! Can you share your take on the Zoretto? Thx
If you could spend just a tad more, get a Christopher Ward, spending an extra couple hundred will get you thousands of dollars of value above the alternative bronze in that price range
Yeah this has been top suggestion thank you Def in consideration
I have been wanting to get a bronze watch for quite some time now. I had my eyes on the Hamilton Khaki Field bronze in particular and 2 days ago I decided to pull the trigger! I have to say it's one of the prettiest watches I own. It has a really nice warm bronze colour which works really well with the strap and overall I just really like it. I managed to get it for 20% off the retail price so I feel like I got a pretty good deal as well 👀

That is Def a top contender been wa time a hamilton khaki any and that is a great choice
I have the #christopherward C60 Trident Bronze and love it. The patina is incredibly interactive. If you grind a lime on it, it goes back to nearly new/pristine. When I wear it in the ocean, it comes out with a cool blue patina. Also have the #tudorblackbay58 Bronze and it's a totally different color and patina. While the CW is a bright pink salmon when clean, the Tudor is more a dull yellow-brown. And, the Tudor patina is way more subtle as the color just goes dull (in a good way) but doesn't have the colors and variations of the CW patina.
That top cw has turned out beautifully
The seagull 1963 red star! 40 mm it was limitied to 300 poeces tho.
This just became one of my favourite bronze watches.

Love the look of the Tudor!
It can only be the Wise AD9!
Lovely
I did finish this one yesterday

I definitely like that you did a great job
Check out Zelos bronze watches on ebay. The micro brand sells out typically quick on their website. They are a well spec'ed watch. You can pickup a couple of them for under 1000us.
Cheers 🍻
That was going to be my suggestion as well
Don't know if you bought your bronze beauty yet. Check out this link. https://zeloswatches.com/collections/all
They added old new stock. Numerous bronze Hammerheads.
Cheers!
I have not but these are what I am looking at
https://countycomm.com/collections/mechanical-watches/products/bronze-field-automatic-watch-sapphire-back-by-maratac Sold out but will be back in stock withing the next few weeks. The Maratac bronze pilot is a solid watch which I happen to be wearing right now. Priced at $499.
Hamilton pilot pioneer bronze 👌 very sexy, and I think you can get away with less then 1000 USD if you buy used.
I love that watch. Really wish they would make the bronze version in 38 mm instead of just the 42 mm
