The one that started it.
Before this watch, I wore casios and gshocks. This was my first automatic watch and it the one that started this obsession. The Seiko 5 SNK809. Its the first automatic watch im giving my son in a few years.

Iv been collecting watches for about 3 years. Have around 45 pieces in my collection. Probably more. From casios to vintage. I love all watches outside of fashion watches and hublot lol.

That’s a really good starter watch
My first automatic and I still have it and use it. It
gets stored in my watch box with the same attention I give to my Tudor, Longines, .... I do use different straps on it.
This was my first as well. I really disliked the fact that I had to shake it. Needless to say a 4r36 was in the mail 2 weeks later. Still have the SNK though.
I almost bought this one also. The crystal weakness was the factor which stopped me.
