I have a few, but my favorite Bulova and the absolute favorite of my large (400 watch) collection is this one. Was my father's watch which he bought just after I was born and he left it to me. I've had it refurbished and it runs great.
Certainly not the most expensive in my collection, but the one that is worth the most to me.

How much was your refurb? I have a 1956 Golden clipper I'm thinking about having redone. It runs but doesn't keep good time.

I used Total Watch Repair in Encino, California.
USD 469 for a total overhaul in October 2022. Given the sentimental value the cost was not an issue.
Been running well since then.
Complete dismantling, cleaning and inspection of parts and movement
Lubrication, timing calibration and reassembly
New crystal
Repair balance staff
Repair reversing wheel and mainspring Gasket replacement and resealing Ultrasonic cleaning
Came with 1 year warranty

I used to have a Bulova Hack (ivory) but I sold it…not sure that it was a good decision, as I miss it, lol.

The stretchy old school bracelet is actually pretty comfortable.
I'm waiting for a vintage looking microbrand to bring back an elastic bracelet.
