With the budget I think you will find many many models that you may like. I hope you enjoy the hunt. I am going to make some assumptions: Mechanical not quartz? Thickness irrelevant? Country of Origin irrelevant? New, not pre-owned? Actual scuba diving: are you joking?
Starting destinations: Long Island watch has a nice site that you can filter results to give you a jump off for the search.

Thanks! Yes I’m looking for mechanical watch, thickness and diameter not relevant only lug to lug under 50 mm. Country irrelevant and could be preowned but I do want the water resistance to still be there (I understand with some older watches it’s kindd of a gamble). Actual scuba diving? Of course not but I do wear a watch when I go to the beach.
There are soooo many to choose from. I’ll throw this wild one out. It’s not in your price range, since it’s only $50. It’s 300m, saphire, ceramic bezel, automatic, NH35, awesome lume.

Look at Swiss Watch Company (SWCUSA), Traska, and Nodus. All solid watches from good companies in the Micro-Brand world.
Seiko SBDC165 | SBDC169

Certina DS action diver 43mm
Disclaimer I’m not into divers but I believe they are solid options :-)

I highly recommend checking out DuFrane. Regulated Swiss movements for a crazy good price!

I absolutely love my Baltic Aquascaphe! 200m with sapphire bezel not ceramic. Has a cool vintage vibe.

Venezianico is worth a look mine has a tungsten and Ceramic mixed bezel but they have full ceramic in your budget.
