Micro Tournament Round 1 Day 6: Isotope Vs. Straum

One looks very much like Unimatic, not my cup of tea, the other’s inventory is practically all sold out.
That’s common with micro brands, “sold out”, “coming soon”, “join waitlist”.
Learning about many new brands, partial to brands with classic designs but intrigued by those with unique designs.
Straum is stunning, so even if impossible to get I’ll give it a vote

That is very much a challenge with small brands. They tend or release in batches in order to know how many to produce. In many cases, they are in line with a manufacturer that may procure and produce parts for many micros.
This is a tough one as I'm not familiar with either. I looked them both over, visited their websites, and they seem very comparable other than style. In person, I suspect I might have gone the other way, but I like the originality of the Isotope.
