Another piece of advice that doesn't get mentioned often - I work leathercraft as a hobby and I strongly recommend looking for a maker and requesting a commission if you can put the effort into searching this way (I don't take commissions atm). The quality and finishing is much more detailed and luxurious. There's a subreddit for leathercraft with specialists on watch straps. IG is also a good place to search.
It's funny that I found this post; my son is currently experimenting with making a custom leather strap for his Casio Worldtimer. He's a crafty kid. If the design works out, I don't think he'd be opposed to earning a few bucks making ya one or two. 😎 But he can't become a factory, so if you want a lot of them, then a commercial vendor would be better.
