To be honest the CW dune is more comparable to the BB and I would go for the Dune.
I’m a big CW fan but the BB 36mm is a cut above most of their models. On the bracelet the BB 36mm is one of my most elegant dress watches.
I Like both brands and I own two Tudors. Both brands are good value at their price points.
I agree the 12 is not the best comparison piece. The Dune, which I really like is the most direct competitor. I would still take the Tudor though!
Both are awesome but two very different looks. I have tried on both, the BB is more versatile and to me, wears a little larger. The 12 would be the integrated watch to get in its size.
