GMT owners when the trip doesn’t go across time zones 🫠

A small part of me dies inside whenever I travel in the same time zone, which means I dont get to use the GMT function on my watch lol

Do you have family or friends in a different time zone? You could set the GMT function to their time zone. Just a thought!

·

You could also use it if you have coworkers in another time zone.

Love it! I don’t travel nearly as much as I did earlier in my career. It’s the one rational reason why I haven’t yet bought a GMT. But one upcoming trip involving 2+ time zones and I know I’ll be screwed

At least México has 4 time zones! 😬

·

I barely travel but my GMT is still one of my favorites!

Just bring any beautiful watch on your trip.

The iPhone has a GMT function that beats any watch ever made.

Plus, you were going to use the chatting app / social media app on your iPhone anyway. To connect with friends/family on the other side. 🙂

I just can't get behind 99% of GMT's as most of them are incapable of tracking a second time zone effectively that isn't a whole hour ahead or behind. There are plenty of countries that lie ahead in a half an hour increment.

The ONLY travelling watch that has really excited me is GO's Senator Cosmopolite. It has such a brilliant movement in it! Unfortunately hugely expensive and huge!

I have the same problem, I'm working with people that are 9.30 hours ahead of me, as well as another group that is 5 hours ahead. I find that my "mental GMT" is faster than any watch.
