I admit that it is a big bonus. When I am here on vacation I visit my cousin when he closes the store and go down to his cellar where he is experimenting with his own wine barrels. Making wine just for him, family and friends. What can I say I need to analyse the new tastes. My involvement is only based on scientific interest 😝
