I typically wear a single watch all day. I will change if there is some compelling reason for me to do so, like changing into a cheap watch for yard work or wearing my Garmin for exercise.
I rotate my daily wear as the mood strikes. Twice a day, usually. One I wear during the day, and a Casio/GShock in the evening (unless I'm in that Casio or GShock all day, of course).
One watch per day unless I need to change for a special or different occasion. This allows me to focus on and enjoy what I'm wearing without immediately planning to choose something else and also to enjoy variety.
I wear apple watch for work everyday but when I go out after work or on the weekend, I try to wear different ones each time so they can be worn instead of sitting in the box. But I’ve noticed that some watches I will just wear it for a week straight for any outing because I’ve gotten used to it.
Two or three times a day. It’s less because I want to; it’s so all my watches maintain the current time. After a few years of juggling watches like this, I’ve come to appreciate quartz watches all the more.
I might change watches 5-6 times before I have my first espresso each morning now that I am retired. I am also in charge of my wife’s mechanical watches which I sometimes slip on since most of the bigger ones belong to me.

About once a week, sometimes two. I found changing too often makes it very easy to get bored of what you already have.
Once a day. Maybe 2 if that itch needs scratching.

3–5 per week on average.

I usually wear a different watch each day and sometimes I change it out later in the day.

I try a single watch per day. Unless there are plans for an evening dinner or a active sport.
