I had the pleasure of trying the Cartier Tank 'Must De Cartier' Mid Size with a tuxedo dial, and I must say, I want one now! ๐ Despite its case size being 23.5 x 30.5mm, it wears exceptionally well and subtle on the wrist, as a Cartier Tank should, in my humble opinion. The dial embodies the phrase "so simple, yet so elegant," and I now truly understand why people appreciate vintage Tanks.

Up until the 1970s all Cartier watches were solid gold. In the 70s the price of gold tripled. So to make them more affordable they launched the Must De Cartier line, which are vermeil cases ie gold plate on sterling silver.
