Rare Blue-Green Globe Dial Seiko 5 + Strap Recommendation
Got this rare dial Seiko 5 a few weeks ago and she is a beaut! It’s been on my wrist constantly and I smiled every time looking at this gorgeous dial. Plus I want to find a great leather strap to pair it with and make it more dressy. Because of the unique lugs and bracelet & the dial color can be varied based on the light, I haven’t been able to find a great leather strap to pair with it yet. I am thinking exotic leather in black or dark blue but I would love to hear you guys’ recommendation, and any leather strap maker that you knew.

I have used Barton hybrid leather straps in the past.
I have a couple of vintage blue seikos
Neither of these are actually 5s though.
The one on leather is from 1971. The strap is just an 18mm leather that came with the watch. The square case is on its original bracelet. Its from the early 80s I believe.Both I bought from my friend Gareth @GasWorks on WC.

Sure I can't twist your arm on a lovely champagne dial... 🤣. There's still work to do on it yet... Crown needs polishing, etc. But it's really rather lovely
