Hands on with Doxa 200 and 300

Thanks to a short trip to London I’ve finally been able to try the Doxa 200 and 300 at Watches of Switzerland in Regent Street.

As much as I wanted to like them, I came back empty handed. The 300 is definitely cool but the dial felt so small in my 7.7 inches wrist that I could not see myself wearing it. And the 200 reminds me too much of the Omega Seamaster 300 (heritage) and all the homages/inspired divers from there.

What made you like and buy Doxas 200/300? Anything that I am missing?

A 7.7” wrist should have a Panerai or a Breitling on it. Some really cool watches you can select from that the rest of us have to admire from afar.

That azure blue on the 200 made me buy it. Plus Doxa threw in the blue rubber strap.

Always liked Doxa from a distance. If I finally pull the trigger I believe my choise will be the 600T. My wrist is just 6,7 inches.

It sure sucks, after a reality check, to realize that lust isn't for you. You've done the right thing, and you're leaving with an opinion and no regrets.

Personally, I've got the 200, I like it a lot and share the same opinion as you on the 300. Maybe the 300t / 1500t will be your type. I've tried the 300 on, I like it, it's just a question of time/priorities for me to get it on my wrist.
