Lorus Lumibrite Field Watch

18mm lugs

Seiko movement

100m WR

37mm case

Lorus is Seiko's budget company if people didn't (but should) know.

Complete impulse buy, on sale in my local Argos (UK catalogue store). Pretty solid watch with insane lume. That straps getting an upgrade.

Cool watch, what I like about these is that it still uses the same 'Water xxxm Resist' text that Seiko used to use on their dive watches

Looking good there. I might have owned this watch if I had ever been able to find one. I bought an Alba (yet another Seiko company) AEFD557 field watch instead. No lume at all but it is Solar.

How about that case on your Lorus too? I especially like the "built-in" curved crown guards.

Considering the low price this watch it is fantastically simple and well finished. I've found I haved startes to switch out to it at the end of the day and sleep with it on. Its so comfortable I don't even notice I'm wearing it.
