Hi crunchers
Met up with a buddy of mine today for a coffee and so.e window shopping in Milton Keynes.
There has been a steady decline in decent watch shops but still a few around.
We tried on Bell & Ross, Baume & Mercier as well as Longines bit the 2 that stood out most for me were these two.
The Rado was just superb. Full ceramic case with titanium cashback and gorgeous blue dial. At £3.1k its quite pricey.
Bulova are doing some great stuff at the moment and I finally got to try the Jet Star, what a lovely watch! Extremely comfortable to wear and great style. 70s vibe but still modern. At £500 much more accessible (you can usually up to 20%) discount on these.
I am in my early 50s. Been collecting for long time. Mainly interested in dive watches and micro brands. Bell & Ross one of my favourite brands.

Think that Rado is beautiful, but I agree £3.1k is steep for it.
Rado's gotta chill on those prices... Diastar prices are crazy
MK is also the nearest place for me for watches but still not much available. Cov maybe better for niche stuff with Sinn, GS, etc at Frances Gaye
