I don't think I have ever been this annoyed. Ever.
Local department store here in AUS had the #supernario #casio #gshock DW-5600 on sale for $249. Immediately snapped it up as a #christmas gift to myself (because why not!?)
Said department store sends package WITHOUT requiring a signature.
Australia Post delivers at 12.35PM yesterday leaving package by the front door.
Wife gets home at 3.00PM. Nothing was there...
Post office blames shipper, shipper blames post office, meanwhile someone is in the neighbourhood ripping off people's mail.
#ffs.
Christmas is Ruined.

[Note:] I'm complaining because I'm upset and out $250. However, I am conscious that spending money on a Nintendo themed watch is a relative luxury not afforded to everyone in this world. Christmas is not ruined and I realise that if this is my biggest problem you know, I'll probably be ok. 😜

Invest in a doorbell camera. Those can scare people off, and at least you have video evidence if something like this happens again. It's bull shit that this kind of stuff happens this time of year, but it does everywhere, not just in Australia. Some people follow Amazon vans and take stuff almost as soon as it's delivered.

We bought a porch camera after we came home and found the large box with baby formula in it had been ripped open. (They had the decency to leave formula.)
