Value of an SKX007k with sapphire Crystal AR clear coated and regulated NH36 movement and US Jubilee. Thinking about selling.
Alright watch nerds! What is the value of a watch with these specs? I just have one sitting in my box untouched.

Yup! It’s just out of my rotation! I might get it some time in the future. But I’m more focused on keeping my collection concised atm! Just 3 watches!
Sounds great, and sounds like what everyone wanted a few years ago. As a collectible I think the sapphire and NH bring it down a peg, even though it’s really an improvement. On its own, collectible aside, Seiko canceling the SKX really opened the flood gates for those specs in an SKX package. Yours being a genuine Seiko with the upgrades is definitely an enthusiast watch.
Based on what I've seen on ebay, easily $300. Let me know if you decide to sell!

Yup it was my daily driver for 7+ years. It was in perfect condition. But since it was my daily driver the Crystal got scratched and the movement eventually started losing time. So I made the necessary upgrades! NH36 is regulated to run +/- 5 seconds!

I am selling it! I just didn’t know what the appropriate value of it was! I just didn’t know how much I should price it for since all the upgrades I did was done by a watchmaker and all the upgrades were done professionally including the water depth test to test for water resistance! So tested to 200m and runs perfect!
Some people prefer unmodded SKXs, some like the upgrades. In good condition with those mods, I think $300-350 is a good starting point.
As others stated, worth less in its altered state.
Look for a concensus price for the original and deduct 20-30%.
