I love what Kuoe are doing with their watches! Not only design wise, but they have different specifications to suit each price range with Miyota 9-series & sapphire at the top, Seiko NH35s in the mid-range, and 8-series/quartz movements with mineral crystals on the lower end.

Though I reckon Kurono Tokyo definitely has stronger designs, I think Kuoe (with a bit of work) can occupy the same price range as Kurono and even rival them.
