Leather all day long. Suits the vintage aesthetic of the lugs best (almost like upholstery on a piece of older furniture), IMO. I wish I had the design vocabulary to describe what I’m seeing more clearly.

Brown leather fits perfectly.
The shape of the case and the lugs are too classy to use it on those steel bracelets.
I'm all for the 2-tone bling, goes best with the lugs and overall style.
