What is your most sentimental vacation watch(s)?

So, I was talking to my buddy, and discussing travel appropriate watches. During our conversation, he said, noone should buy a fake watch, because you might cherishing a watch tied to beautiful memories which may not be worth it.

It got me thinking, in all or most of my trips I usually take my G Shocks or Citizen, because 1) they can take a beating and 2) I don't have to worry about it wearing it in public. Not that they are bad watches, but it seems I rarely have any memorable events around my favorite watches in my collections.

So, I decided to make some changes. On my latest trip, I still took my G Shock DW5610 for the swimming and outdoor activities, and took the smiths for dinner with the family.

My most sentimental piece (happy) is still a G Shock GBA900, which I wore on my trip with my wife to Hawaii.

Share your most sentimental travel watch(es), and your story. ❤️

I used to wear my Casio tough solar to all my beach adventures... Southsea... Bognor Regis... various places in Devon...

But then I swapped to a smaller Casio for my 20th wedding anniversary in Brighton...

After that, it was my Sekonda (it's called a Sekonda "Balearic" now) bought in Weston-Super-Mare and shown below in Bournemouth. This is now my holiday watch for all future adventures.
