Bulova Accutron - A regular guys take
Alright folks, let's have a real talk about watches. Now, I'm just your average Joe, but I’ve got to admit, I’ve got a bit of a thing for Bulova watches. And okay, G-Shocks too. I mean, who wouldn’t? These watches are just cool, and I can't help but want to grab a few more whenever I see them. But hey, I’ve got to keep myself in check and remember that a guy’s got to have some limits, right? Now, onto the real star of the show: my Bulova watch. This little beauty was a birthday gift from my amazing wife. Man, does that make it something special. It’s not just a watch; it’s a reminder of a great day and a great lady. But you know what? Even without the sentimental value, this watch is just plain awesome. Putting this watch on, it just feels right, you know? It’s comfortable, it looks sharp, and it’s built like a tank. And that blue second hand? That’s the cherry on top. It just makes the whole watch pop and adds a bit of fun to the mix. But hey, I've got to be honest here. There's one little thing that bugs me—the lume on this thing isn’t the greatest. In the dark, it’s not as bright as I’d like, and it doesn’t last too long. But you know what? No watch is perfect, and this little issue doesn’t stop me from loving my Bulova. Completely agree with you, fellow Bulova lover. I had always wanted a vintage Bulova Sea King and finally found a near-NOS one from the early 1970s with an awesome Camaro-style case. I just took possession of it and it is now getting a much-needed service (thanks to @blackbookalpha!), so when it comes back it will be greeted by a much more flattering strap. The whale at 6 pm is the icing on the cake for me.
A Bulova jet star is on my list of watches I will get next. Can't decide on the red or brown one. I love bulova :)
