Just noticed this!

I've been wearing this watch quite a bit but I just noticed the 2 o'clock marker is barely hanging on. 🤣

I took a look back at all the pictures and it was like this from day one. Oh well 🤷‍♂️

Not that uncommon with textured dials, actually. There are some dial types, the VK63 and VK64 with rounded indices in particular, where you can see the misalignment even in the promotional pictures on AliE.

In your case it's a standard dial, and a higher power has just shown you that it wants you to mod the watch.

You have peaked my interest. Where could I find a new dial and do you know if the VH31 movement works with these dial mods?

You probably won't find retail dials for the VH31, wholesale may be another question. You can use and NH3x hour and minute hand, and an .17 second hand. You may have to use dial dots to place the dial, or another form of adhesive. Just a little harder than starting with an NH35, but not by much.

Or you can alternatively try to fix the index if you like the existing dial.

Thanks! I have some research to do.

Personally I would take the dial out and see if you can carefully glue the indices back on.

I'll probably give that a shot.

For the cost of the watch you don't have much to lose 👍

Or the sand dunes inside your watch are shifting so much that they are taking the baton with it. I think it gives it character. You definitely have a 1 of 1 watch. Other than the ridiculous logo and Deepseahunter name, I enjoy wearing this watch quite a bit.

Definitely an interesting way to look at it.

"The watch has 100m WR, sapphire crystal, and barely applied indices"

·

I guess that makes it really rare. #priceless.
