Your description is a little vague. I’d look at San Martin. From homage to original designs the consensus is they are well-made. I tend to buy Seiko in that price range and there are many options. You could also look at Lorier if you can spend closer to $500.
You might want to refine your criteria @parth.rms It's subjective. What kind of watches do you like? What does sleek mean... dress watches?
Not a lot of information on to help with what you might really like. Wrist size and then do you want it to wear normal or small or big. Preference on dial color. Type movement - Automatic, Hand wind, solar, quartz. Analog or digital? Popular well known brands that have many watches in the price range are Timex, Casio, Orient, Citizen, and Seiko. Good luck. I am sure you can find something nice and there are I am sure between what you can find on here and YouTube it will give you some good options.
Since "Sleek" is defined as Smooth and glossy, I am going to assume you are looking for a Flat crystal with no AR. See any Seiko 5.
