I had the cream dial version but returned it because I didn't like how the painted blue hands looked in person. I found them too bright and vivid compared to the otherwise very authentically vintage look of the watch.
I went with the white dial. It’s actually more of a sunburst, which I like. Because strap changes are easy, the white will be more versatile in that it can now pair with any outfit or suit.
If you have another white watch in your collection, go with cream... if you have a cream one, go with white... if you don't have any, flip a coin or get both...

Do you like blued hands?
I do so I would definitely go for the cream dial version!

Didn't realise the hands were different. Thanks for this
I would also add that I think the cream version has a more vintage vibe to it where as the white looks a bit more modern...
Don't know if that helps 😅

The cream dial has a more vintage vibes. Orient cream dial is one of nicest you can find especially at this price point.

I faced the same dilemma and the cream rose to the top. Gotta love the blue hands and that vintage color.
@silviu added a great point for consideration about looking at what you have already.
I'd vote cream.
