My 2023 Seiko X Orient Lineup

Been introduced to this hobby just this year and I gotta say that this hobby is such a fun one to be in. The history of the watches and brands, the community, and especially the anger of the wife whenever I make a purchase. Love Seiko X Orient, but I gotta say that value for money is more ORIENTed to Orients. Given the sapphire crystal, screwdown crown and overall QC, Orients are just better value, BUT definitely Seiko is something else.... 2023 purchases so far for Seiko X Orient are: - SRPE75K1 - SKX lookalike with a killer champagne sunburst dial and milanese strap, this is currently my daily beater watch - SSC917P1 - The nightvision speedtimer. Stealth mode activated anyone? - SPB121J1 - The new alpinist, the green dial alongside gold cathedral hands and indexes is such a great look. The contrast is phenomenal and so easy to wear with any outfit. - RA-AC0K04E - The baby green Triton, my psuedo field watch that I take outdoors. Love the orange accent and the strap is killer. - RA-AK0309B - Black Orient with sun and moon, day and date complication. My favourite dress watch. All black, alongside rose gold case makes it pop. - RA-AA0814R - The red hot chili pepper, Orient Mako 3. Bought an after market strap, and the faux patina indexes and the strap just meshes so well. Love every piece, but definitely there's more to come. I have a couple of microbrands and Citizen watches as well but let's leave that for another post. How about the communit, what Seiko X Orient purchases have you made this 2023???.❤️
