Red alpinist has soooo much history behind it, being the origin of the modern alpinist design plus adding in the factor that these have the 4s15 movement which is hi-beat (king seiko - grand seiko standard) the value here is insane...
But.... given the above these would burn you around 800-1000 USD depending on the condition. So it costs more than the 6r prospex versions but would be relatively within the price of the sarb versions.
Have you seem sa SASS model... that one is fire. Though quartz alpinist are sooooo expensive now. Lol.. goodluck on the hunt bud.
The lume.... its something else. It gives a psuedo always-on feel. It's like lume is active even in day time plus... its not as widespread as the panda speedtimer so that's a plus.
