My Next Watch

Im confused on which watch to get, depending on what I end up getting ill have to save for it.

I currently have a Timex Weekender with a leather strap, an Orient Kamasu and a CasiOak.

I was thinking of getting something dressy. Not all of these are dress watches, but I think they work as a dress watch.

If you think there is a better option maybe for a better price Im open for suggestions!

Perhaps this option from Glycine? Swiss-Made, Sapphire Glass, Sellita powered movement with 28800 vph for a smooth seconds hand sweep. $289 with a white dial or $339.00 for blue.

Think you need a dress watch like the Orient Bambino to round out your collection. Just my opinion though.

The 36 mm Orient Bambino is Basically the best an most classic affordable Wristwatch, but very understated. Seiko Cocktails are a bit Pricey in comparison nowadays, and I personally enjoy seeing Tissot Prx's in the wild.

Yet I would go for the Brew Metric to be honest - if it fits you well that is. Its a beautiful watch and much less common, something even non-enthusiasts might recognize and appreciate due to its case!

I'd say yo really can't go wrong here, although if it came to it I would suggest getting a Bambino and a Quarz Prx instead of the now Overpriced Seiko Cocktail 😄

When I see these polls I usually have a clear favourite, or I don't like any so I don't vote. Thanks for giving me an impossible choice - I like them all.

Orient Bambino takes the cake here I think, so much class for so little money!

If you can spend like 2000 dollars it is my duty as a Nomos fanboy to raccomand the brand 😚

The bambino from your list no doubt at all!

In my opinion the PRX is a bit redundant now Christopher Ward has brought out the Twelve? Unless you just want the quartz which was probably always the best option.

The four option are nice, but you cant got wrong with the Bambino!

The Brew is a gorgeous watch, but may be too quirky for a dress watch. The Orient is the best value, but the Tissot is pure class, IMO

I voted Brew. I think you have.

  1. A field watch

  2. A dressy diver

  3. A G-shock

I think some cool complication is called for. Can't go wrong with a meca quartz.
