The NSB Callalisa

Callalisa is a creek that makes up a small part of the intracoastal waterways of the Florida east coast town of New Smyrna Beach. From the top, above water, it is peaceful and relaxing. A pink sunset-reminiscent dial worked perfect for this timepiece.

Underwater, Callalisa creek is a breeding ground for bull sharks, black tip sharks, bonnet head sharks, spinner sharks, lemon sharks, and sandbar sharks. Its not surprising that NSB is known as the Shark Bite Capital of the world…but do keep in mind that they are mostly caused by the little ankle biter juvenile sharks…so you might just lose a toe or get a few stitches at best (or worst?) So, since there is a lot of ‘movement’ underwater, we wanted to have a lot of movement underneath the dial of Callalisa by equipping it with the well known NH35A.

The case is available in 36mm and 39mm sizes.

316L stainless steel will not get crunched easily by a lemon shark , while The screwdown crown keeps the saltwater out of the moving bits on the inside better than a push-pull option would.

A Sapphire crystal is installed on the Callalisa as well.

Swiss Lumes will help see the time better should you decide to Paddleboard on the creek in the late evening or night.

Now, WC fam, initial thoughts on Callalisa?
And yes the Rolex homage is clear 😂

I love the colour of the dial.  Not a fan of the datejust homage.
