Best starter watch for girlfriend

What is best starter watch to get my girlfriend who has minimal interest? Looking to spend 100 quid so she can actually wear it all the time.

Get her some Casio like A700 or A168. Or do you have any idea of the style of watch you are after?

Depends what sort of watch she (or you😂) is after. But Casio, Seiko, and Orient are always good starting points.

AliExpress Moonswatch

Personally I would go with the Casio MTP-1303PL-1AVEG. It's quite minimalistic and simple. It is 40mm so it might be too big.

So is the general idea get a small "man's" watch?

On the ali express theme would you go for a small "man's" watch?

I'd check out offerings from Timex and Casio that require the least amount of effort for her to wear on an everyday basis...solar quartz, 100m water resistance, analog, two tone steel, 36mm, bracelet or g-shock solar depending on her personality.

Analog. Should be able to wear with formal

Check out what Accurist has in that price range. They do a "tiffany blue" dial that my Girlfriend loves, but I can't get it because I'm in the states.

This Sanda was $20 shipped on AliExpress, and has a little glass jewel on the crown and the Cartier-style clasp. They make one that's a bit smaller too. Beautiful watch for the money.

For scale, I have a 6.75" wrist. Get her started on this and work your way up pricewise if she continues interest. If she prefers a recognizable brand name, the others here have provided some good ones, depending on the size of her wrist. If she's petite, something 36mm and lower should work.

This is bloody good. I have seen its a 'couples watch' with a male and female option. I tried to check with her but she is not keen on the 'square' watch!
