What is this DOXA mystery?

Although Doxa watches have been in existence for a while, when I decided to purchase a Sub, I noticed that there were numerous models that were not listed on the company's official website.

These models can be found on several dealer websites, with relatively fewer options available on Chrono24. However, they are conspicuously absent from the official Doxa website:

Is it possible for this community to solve this mystery?

Seiko and Citizen also "makes" cheap Chinese watches that they don't spend any energy on promoting, but you sure as hell find them at the watchshop 😊

·

I've seen this line of Doxa in jewellers in Poland and Czechia. So they possibly just aren't sold in Western Europe or the US.

·

Common for brands to have different offerings in different territories. Doxa is mainly divers in the UK.

The Doxa watches pictured at the lead of this post are probably manufactured in Jenny's (the family that owns the Doxa brand) factories in Hong Kong.

If they don't say Swiss Made on them they would not be produced in the factory in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland. All of the Doxa Subs are produced in that Swiss factory (including the cases for the watches...they are not produced in China).

Here is a great place to get a solid history of Doxa and its dive watches...

Apologies Mel -  I stand corrected. Comment deleted.

I still really like some of the Doxa models and would love to try on a carbon 300.

It struck me me as a short sighted practice if you own the rights to a pricey range of historical divers to also allow your name on a range of lower end looking watches as well.  And also not publicize or promote at all?

I guess another possibility is that they are from sources like Ali watch companies that just steal IP and brand names.

I know grand seiko has nothing to do with this watch:

Excuse me for replying so late to your statement: Can you say something about the production of Doxa watches? There is no Doxa factory in Biel. The Swiss Made label can also be used if production does not take place in Switzerland. I even met Mr. Jenny once. I don't think he would have told me anything about the origin of cases, for example.
