I regret letting the Kurono Tokyo Hisui Chronograph get away. I loved everything about it but I had already made another big purchase so felt guilty about buying another watch.

Same. Every time I see one I feel a little twinge. But also could not justify it at the time.
Sold a lot of my collection when I decided to move to a theee watch collection my aqua tera and my seamaster are the two I regret selling. I’m pleased with the three I decided to get but along the way picked up a seiko diver collection so I still don’t have just 3 and I don’t have my seamasters either 🙄 I couldn’t have got the sinn or the GS without selling them and they make up an ideal 3 with my speedmaster as a concept but all in all wish I hadn’t sold them and now I’m saving to get at least one back
I sold my SARB033 for a fair non-inflated/hyped price. Felt good it went to someone who can give it more wrist time and appreciation than I did owning it for 5 yrs.
I didn't sell anything in 2023. Will probably sell or give away a couple of lower end pieces early in 2024 and I won't have any regrets doing so. Between the three watches, they've probably been worn a combined 2-3x this entire year.

Lorier makes some great pieces. I regret sleeping on the black Hydra...

Actually just sold my Hyperion SII, nice watch but wasn't wearing it much. Hope you're enjoying yours, and we'll see if I come to regret selling mine!

Too big on my wrist, too hard to read for my eyeballs. Weak lume, no AR coating. Good riddance!
I also let an Alpinist and 1st gen Monster go. Though I have doubles of both I still ponder if I should've kept them because we're sick like that.
