When I say dream, I mean something that doesn't necessarily need to exist. It could be something that you wish companies would do to existing watches, or it could be a combination of different watches.
For me, my dream watch would be a Hamilton Khaki Field Auto 38mm with a screw down crown, AR coating, 20 bar, antimagnetic case back, and scratch resistant case/bracelet. I just love the design of the dial - I know some people find it cluttered but I find it looks so clean despite all the numbers and markers.

My Dream watch would be a 39mm titanium diver with a titanium H link bracelet. Blue gradient dial with a date at 6. Sword hands and 200m of wr. Flat sapphire crystal with ar coating on the underside. 20mm lug width with drilled lugs so I could swap out the bracelet easily.
And all for under $1000 with Omega level finishing. 😉
As a watch nerd I dream about many watches including ones I have already secured. Here are two that I dream about but I awake to the nightmare of their prices.
ALS Zietwrek Chime.
Moonphase triple calendar in a gold C-shape case, 35mm x ~8mm thick. Hand wind. A stupid fluted bezel and somehow a tasteful power reserve indicator. The moonphase has ridiculous luminosity like that one Christian Ward watch. Crown is either magically on the back, destro, or recessed, tiny, and 4 o'clock position a la Seiko 5. Thin little link bracelet with quick release, toolless micro-adjustment, may have some textured pattern. Radium paint.
VC Overseas Everest Dual Time is still and will always be the grail. But something that could be fun: GMT Master with a classic Sub bezel.
White gold, blue dialed Rolex daydate
