So, here we are โ the pause of G-Shock collection streak.
Two watches that I've ordered on separate channels have arrived around the same time.
The first is AWM-500, full-metal reincarnation of AW-500. (The first ana-digi G-Shock) I love its blend of 1980s funky aesthetic and the latest tech including full metal construction, Multiband 6, and Tough Solar. I couldn't find any second-hand examples where I live, so I ordered it from Japan through some proxy site. I like the fact that it is slightly smaller than the original โ it fits my 6.5" wrist a lot better thanks to that.
The second is MTG-B3000, the latest iteration of MT-G line. While it is slightly bigger than my taste (thanks to slimmer profile, I think I can narrowly pull it off on my 6.5" wrist) but I wanted to experience what the latest G-Shock tech can offer on a fraction of budget. I still intend to get a MR-G someday. (when I get a big bonus payout from my work at the end of the year hopefully) I'm eyeing on a MRG-B1000 thanks to its midsize case. (for a G-Shock, anyway)
My entire G-Shock collection at the moment.
I now have each of full-metal G-Shock variants. Although I'm considering selling the CasiOak full-metal, as I expect the MT-G will fill its role nicely.

Wow great line up!
@kudokun great collection! I've been debating between the AW500E-1E (resin remake of the original) and the aw500bb-1E (which looks like it was made by the Harkonnens on Gidi Prime). May just get both given the price point, though that seems a bit silly!
