Seiko SPB187
I bought this on a whim thinking I'd most likely flip it after trying it out for a few weeks. Wow, I didn't expect it to become my new favorite watch and my everyday wear. It pushes all the right buttons for me. Ironically, I bought a Tudor Black Bay 58 only a couple weeks after getting this, but the Seiko gets more wrist time by far!

Yes, indeed! I've loved it so much, it makes me salivate over the SLA055. Watch collecting makes zero sense sometimes. Haha.
Very nice watch. You can dive in the snow 😜 Surprisingly you wear it more than your Tudor Black Bay 58 ... But I believe this can change in a while. I have my "periods" too 😜 Great watch!!

Honestly, the BB58 wears perfect on my wrist (6.5 inch). The 187 definitely wears thicker and chunkier, but maybe that's not necessarily a bad thing? One thing I've noticed is the case design/finishing on the 187 is definitely more dynamic/interesting than the rather bland BB58 case.

Been working the BB58 into the rotation more. It's funny though. I was still honeymooning with the 187 when I got the BB58 and oddly enough the BB58 didn't disrupt that somehow. I think once the honeymoon is over with the 187 (maybe over soon), then a honeymoon phase will start with the BB58. Who knows. Watch collecting makes no sense sometimes. Haha.

Yeah I hate that feeling of knowing you shouldn’t want one, but then the mind continues to work overtime about other models.
