Kienzle with Durowe movement from 1972.
I think they call "fugu" every citizen diver with this type of bezel. This one is NY0040-09EE with caliber 8204, which has hacking and hand-winding. You can buy this one brand new from amazon.de for 165 euros right now. This is a ridiculous price for an ISO-certified diver with such history ( It was used by the Italian navy combat divers between 1997-2007! ). Otherwise barnacle looks like very promising watch.
