Of course it is. It's a "holy trinity" watch made to pull PP out of the quartz crisis. It succeeded, but it's naturally overpriced and overrated.
That being said, it keeps its value (so the price is not a factor if you sell it eventually) and personally, I do like the design. Much more elegant and mellow than any of the luxury sports watches of similar tier (AP Royal Oak, VC Overseas).

No, it's a specific variant of the Nautilus. No complications beyond a date (chronograph, perpetual calendar, moonphase etc), steel case.
The only options within that reference are dial colours.
