Leather looks nice, but my watches get wet quite often. So they live on rubber or nato straps. I do like the extra security of nato straps.

Leather, generally, but it really depends on the style of the watch and the time of the year.
It depends on the watch. My CW is used for swimming so lives on rubber, my others rotate straps, natos and bracelets depending on weather and mood
